Just tweeted a micropoem on the poetheme 'move' by micropoetry.com. A micropoem dedicated to verbal abuse victim's emotions,
everybody says, "move on just move on forget everything" "can you heal scars? holding them in my heart" victim screamed
In many cases of the verbal abuse or even in the cases of grief, a general tendancy is to give advice to move on. It's easier said than done and it's unempathatic. It's not easy to heal the wounds of past and at such times, some kind words can be soothing, even just saying, "I am with you".
