Gurupaurnima - Worship of Sadgurudeva

Meaning - "SadGuru is the form of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Sadguru is Parabrahma. My Pranams to Sadguru. "

Today is Gurupaurnima, divine blessings to all on behalf of Sadgurudeva H. H. Shri Narayankaka Dhekane Maharaj who is inspiration for my writing and who's grace is reason for this blog :).

Ashadha Full moon - Paurnima is Gurupaurnima. It is called as Vyasa - Paurnima because it is the day when Bhagavan Vyasa a form or Avatara of Lord Vishnu is born. 

We celebrate many special days in whole year, Teachers' Day is one of them. 

Gurupaurnima is older form of Teachers' day - Day dedicated to the worship of our Spiritual Master or Sadguru. 

On this very special day, I wish to pray to my Gurudeva Lord H. H. Shri Narayankaka Maharaj, 

 "I may get all that knowledge which will prove the relation between modern science and the things written in epics. Some people think and create a propaganda as faith is superstition for their wrong intentions towards Bharateeya culture. I can't satisfy such people, but the innocent people who get confused by these wrong publicity and have desire to seek true knowledge for them........Oh My Dearest Sadgurudeva! Give me complete knowledge of Supreme Truth. It is possible by your grace - Gurukripa only."

The true spiritual leader, my Sadgurudeva ....some simple things which makes His life very special and which makes me trust a lot on Him, I am going to share with you all today.

• He lives on highest moral principles which are almost impractical today. 
• He does not use Trust's money where He is Cheif Trustee in two trusts for His own self. 
• He does not take money from people.
• He is a Retired Superintending Engineer and lives on His pension - no use of public money.
• He lives in a very small flat and he has not collected many assets. A simple life of a simple common man not a spiritual leader.
• When anybody goes to His home to meet Him, He always gives something to eat and even water too (It's tradition in Maharashtra, when guest comes to home first we give water to drink.), to every guest, just like we do in our homes. Daily so many people visit Him at home. Now think all this He does from His money and not by money of common people.
• He can't see pain of others, people from all streams meet Him, ask their problems. Many are not His followers or many are such not initiated by Him. He has same love for all. His solutions to problems of common people are simple devotional solutions which our traditional saints have taught us like Chanting the name of the God and practical too.
• He never forces to chant  the name of any specific God's form, He tells to chant the name of the God on which we have faith and we love most.
• There are several rules which a person who wish to get initiated, has to follow for  the life. These rules are according to Rules of Yogashastra. So we can't oppose them. So many people decide not to follow Mahayoga, but Gurudeva never compromises with rules. Never tells people to become His follower. and even He has told the same to all of us not to force anybody. The desire to get more and more followers may make a spiritual master to compromise with the Rules set by the Guruparampara - Earlier Gurus or spiritual masters of the sect. But Sadgurudeva's behavior is naturally is like a servant of His Guru and a common man not a big spiritual leader or baba.
• The thing I love most, anybody who is ready to follow the rules can be initiated  by Him, no differences of cast, creed, gender, age, religion. 
• He has got respect from all the religions because of His work towards society and Universal Brotherhood for peace, humanity and equality.
• I always wonder how He can live really a life of a simple common man!
• He doesn't take anything from anybody to give them Deeksha or to initiate them.

There are lot of incidents I have seen where I found His highest moral principles. I will share them in some other article. 

His Birthday we have celebrated on 4th july I had a prayer on that day can't make more wish than that. I have shared it in the article,
